As part of the Community Planning Grant program, SCATS partnered with the City of Massillon to perform a traffic study in the area of US 30/SR 21 and Prospect Industrial Park. The area also included the US 30 and Richville Drive area as well as the Navarre Road Corridor. The study was done due to increased development in the area and the expected increase in traffic.
