Appointments can be made by calling the Stark County Health Department at 330.493.9928 ext. 2050.
Parents or guardians should call 330.493.9928 ext. 2050 to schedule an appointment, to seek more information on vaccines and to learn of any costs associated. Parents and guardians must accompany their children if they are 18 years of age or younger. Legal guardians must have documentation to show guardianship. Please bring current shot records to the appointment. The vaccines offered at the clinics will help to meet the school requirements for Stark County students.
“Our Vaccination for Children (VFC) program is a federally funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of the inability to pay,” said Norris. “Last year, 74% of our clients seen qualified for the program which has helped to prevent diseases and save lives.”
