Public Hearings
The Cape Charles Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 4, at 6:00 pm in the Cape Charles Civic Center, 500 Tazewell Avenue, to receive comment on the following applications:
- A Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 2022-02 application from the Town of Cape Charles to amend Section 4.2 (J) – Accessory Dwelling Units - and Section 2.9 Definitions associated with Accessory Dwelling Units.
- A Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 2022-03 application from the Town of Cape Charles to remove proffers that were accepted and approved on November 13, 2008 as part of the “Keck Property Rezoning” and recorded in Northampton County Clerk of Courts as Instrument #090002549 and affecting the following parcels:
