We have a lot of amazing gifts to bid on, plus exclusive, private tours of the Museum for up to 10 people:
Behind-the-Scenes Tour. Beat the winter blues with this private tour led by Executive Director Kim Kenney. The tour includes a peek inside collections storage areas, as well as stories about what goes on behind-the-scenes in the Museum.
The Awful 1800s Private Tour. Enjoy a private guided tour of the Street of Shops that explores some of the more unfortunate realities of living in the 19th century -- everything from the many roles the barber played, to how your clothes and wallpaper might be trying to kill you! Suddenly 2020 doesn't look so bad! Suitable for adults and older students. Led by Director of Education Ally Carlson.
Expressions of the Past Private Tour. You've probably heard someone say "sleep tight" or "hold your horses," but do you know why we say those things? Learn how the past lives on through our everyday experiences in this private guided tour of the museum's history areas. Suitable for families with younger children. Led by Education Coordinator Liz Persinger.
