There were 121 Hispanic students enrolled in Alliance City School District in the 2023-24 school year, an increase from the 120 Hispanic students in the previous school year, according to the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce.

Data showed that Alliance City School District welcomed 2,862 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, Hispanic students made up 4.2% of the student body, making them the least represented ethnicity in the district.

Alliance City School District roughly covers five schools within Stark County and has its main office in Alliance.

Among the five schools in Alliance City School District, Alliance High School recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2023-24 school year, with a total of 34 students.

In 2022, Ohio saw an average student-to-teacher ratio of approximately 1:15, which is better than the national average of 1:16. This marks an improvement for the state, especially compared to 2016, when the ratio reached its decade-high at 16.1 students per teacher.

Despite the apparent improvement, this positive trend is overshadowed by a general decline in public school enrollments, which was accelerated by the pandemic. This decline, aligned with the steady number of teachers in the state over the last 10 years, has led to low student-to-teacher ratios.
