The matchup between the Chargers of Hillsdale and the Cavaliers of Walsh was what many had been waiting for. The game had more implications than just a win or loss. The winner would leave the gym in sole possession of first place the the Great Midwest Athletic Conference. Unfortunately, tonight was not the Maroon and Gold's night as they fell, only scoring 51 points. The 51 point effort was the second lowest scoring of the season and the lowest amount of points in two months. Down 15 at the half, nothing clicked on Walsh's end as the Chargers out rebounded the Cavs by eight and shot 11% better from the field.
