January 2022: Home prices in Louisville increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Louisville rose by $28,950 while total sales remained unchanged with 16 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,950 - a 16.5% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Louisville in January 2021, as well.
