On Jan. 28, William T. Erickson sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 5217 Cleveland Ave., N. Industry to Allen D. and Erin M. Bice for $104,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,532.16, 1.46% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in North Industry as of this publication.
