Walsh University Athletics issued the following announcement on Jan. 15
The Walsh University Women's Basketball team outscored the Ohio Dominican Panthers 92-48 as three different starters scored in double figures. The Cavaliers dominated on defense as they forced the Panthers to 24 turnovers, and held them to only two points in the fourth quarter.

FOR THE CAVS:
- Three out of five starters scored in double digit figures for the Cavaliers
- Morgan McMillen led the way after connecting on seven of eight attempts from three point range
- McMillen's seven treys tied the Division II era best for the Cavaliers, set by her last Thursday.
- Sha Carter recorded a double-double with eleven rebounds and 18 points. Carter proved dominant on offense as she was 8-11 from the field and 2-3 from three
- #22 Mayci Sales added 16 points, shooting 7-10 from the field
- Alyssa Dean dished out eight assists, a game high
- Walsh shot 55.2% from the field and forced the Panthers to 24 turnovers
- The Cavaliers also won the rebound war 38-30
- Kennedy Schlabach led the Panther offense with 14 points and three assists on the day
- Grace Hete led ODU with nine rebounds
- #22 Gabby Stare recorded 12 points and grabbed three boards
