Parkridge median home prices fell by 0.9% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Parkridge fell by $2,200 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 0.9% decrease over the $252,200 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Parkridge in 2020.

The median sales tax in Parkridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,416, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for 2021.
