2021: Uniontown experienced a 10% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Uniontown rose by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 216 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 10% increase over the $209,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 231 homes sold in Uniontown in 2020.
