2021: Home prices in Oval City fell

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Oval City fell by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 21.4% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Oval City in 2020.
