Magnolia home prices rose in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Magnolia rose by $52,450 while total sales increased by 52.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,450 - a 47.7% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Magnolia in 2020.

The median sales tax in Magnolia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,307, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for 2021.
