How did home prices perform in Indianola Estates during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Indianola Estates rose by $23,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,250 - a 12.7% increase over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Indianola Estates in the second half of 2020.
