Rising home prices in Paris in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Paris rose by $26,300 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 16.6% increase over the $158,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Paris in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Paris for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,975, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
