Median home prices in Lakeside Heights rose to $175,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lakeside Heights rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lakeside Heights in the second half of 2020.
