How did home prices perform in East Sparta during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in East Sparta rose by $20,575 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,075 - a 20.3% increase over the $101,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in East Sparta in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in East Sparta for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,817, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
