The second half of 2021: Canton Gardens experienced a 2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Canton Gardens rose by $2,050 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,000 - a 2% increase over the $103,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Canton Gardens in the second half of 2020.
