The second half of 2021: Home prices in Pleasant View increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Pleasant View rose by $44,900 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,900 - a 179.6% increase over the $25,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Pleasant View in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pleasant View for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,468, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
