The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Paris increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Paris rose by $225,100 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,500 - a 158.1% increase over the $142,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Paris in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Paris for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,975, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
