Greentown home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Greentown rose by $178,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,000 - a 118.6% increase over the $150,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Greentown in the fourth quarter of 2020.
