The fourth quarter of 2021: Avondale experienced a 56.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Avondale rose by $85,250 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,750 - a 56.6% increase over the $150,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Avondale in the fourth quarter of 2020.
