The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Hartville fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Hartville fell by $5,100 while total sales decreased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,900 - a 2.3% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Hartville in the fourth quarter of 2020.
