Home prices increased in Grove Mill during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Grove Mill rose by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 10% increase over the $145,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Grove Mill in the fourth quarter of 2020.
