The fourth quarter of 2021: Pleasant View Village experienced a 9.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Pleasant View Village fell by $10,700 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,750 - a 9.5% decrease over the $112,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pleasant View Village in the fourth quarter of 2020.
