December 2021: Navarre experienced a 72.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Navarre rose by $60,552 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,500 - a 72.1% increase over the $83,948 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Navarre in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Navarre for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,813, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
