On Dec. 23, Slw Development LLC purchased a commercial property at 2536 Cleveland Ave., South Haven Mobile Park from Ake Properties IV LLC for $299,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,874, 0.96% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in South Haven Mobile Park as of this publication.
