Canton home prices rose in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Canton rose by $14,800 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 221 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,250 - a 15.2% increase over the $97,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 214 homes sold in Canton in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,388, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
