The third quarter of 2021: Meyers Lake experienced a 12.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Meyers Lake rose by $26,150 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,900 - a 12.8% increase over the $203,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Meyers Lake in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Meyers Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,810, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
