Middlebranch home prices fell in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Middlebranch fell by $11,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 6.1% decrease over the $196,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Middlebranch in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Middlebranch for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,816, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
