Median home prices in Whipple Heights rose to $165,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Whipple Heights rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $151,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Whipple Heights in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Whipple Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,888, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
