What happened to the median home price in Grove Mill during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Grove Mill rose by $1,300 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $148,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Grove Mill in the third quarter of 2020.
