Minerva home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Minerva rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Minerva in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Minerva for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,286, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
