The third quarter of 2021: Canton Gardens experienced a 29.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Canton Gardens rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 29.4% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Canton Gardens in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Canton Gardens for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
