The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Waynesburg increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Waynesburg rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 20.5% increase over the $83,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Waynesburg in the third quarter of 2020.
