Alliance home prices fell in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Alliance fell by $2,525 while total sales increased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 150 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,725 - a 2.5% decrease over the $99,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 138 homes sold in Alliance in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
