Pricing for the median home in Minerva increased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Minerva rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 34.8% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Minerva in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Minerva for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,286, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
