Alliance home prices fell in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Alliance fell by $500 while total sales increased by 22%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,500 - a 0.6% decrease over the $82,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Alliance in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
