Pricing for the median home in Canton decreased during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Canton fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 243 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,500 - a 0.9% decrease over the $115,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 234 homes sold in Canton in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,388, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
