The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $15,606.37, 2.46% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of four sales so far in Hartville in August 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Brian P Luzier has been registered to vote since 2015. Rayna Elaine Luzier has been registered to vote since 2014.
