Median home prices in Mount Pleasant fell to $180,000 in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Mount Pleasant fell by $40,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 18.2% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mount Pleasant in June 2020.
