Home prices increased in Navarre during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Navarre rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 29.4% increase over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Navarre in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Navarre for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,813, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
