June 2021: Home prices in Magnolia increased

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Magnolia rose by $69,950 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,950 - a 93.3% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Magnolia in June 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Magnolia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,307, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
