Home prices decreased in Alliance during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Alliance fell by $33,600 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,400 - a 30.8% decrease over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Alliance in June 2020.
