Rising home prices in Parkridge in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Parkridge rose by $8,100 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $216,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Parkridge in the first half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Parkridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,416, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
