The first half of 2021: North Canton experienced a 12.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in North Canton rose by $23,100 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 271 homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 234 homes sold in North Canton in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,272, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
