What happened to the median home price in Uniontown during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Uniontown rose by $4,866 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $197,134 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Uniontown in the first half of 2020.
