Median home prices in Indianola Estates rose to $163,500 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Indianola Estates rose by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,500 - a 25.8% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Indianola Estates in the first half of 2020.
