Home prices increased in Fulton Heights during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Fulton Heights rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Fulton Heights in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Fulton Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,118, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
