How did home prices perform in Mount Pleasant during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Mount Pleasant rose by $109,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 66.4% increase over the $165,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mount Pleasant in the second quarter of 2020.
